How to Send a File?
To FTP you would need to get your password and username from your JNR Press sales representative.
Install and run your FTP software. You may want to read the documentation of the software you have downloaded. The following information is fairly general, but there are only a few variables (mostly in the names each software package gives to the same functions or features).
Compress your files using the compression software you acquired above. We recommend ".sea" files for the Mac, and ".zip" files for PC, and if you have multiple files, we recommend creating an archive which contains them all.
What you need to FTP?
A computer with a modem and an internet connection, FTP Software.
For the Macintosh, we recommend "Fetch 3.0.1." This is shareware and is available to download at the following site.

For the PC, we recommend "Cute FTP", also shareware which you can download by clicking on the "download" link at:
www.cuteftp.com
